As a full time Kinesiology Instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the facility. Besides teaching students and training clients, he currently authors manuals and articles. He has contributed to the Human Kinetics Publisher’s book, Foundations of Professional Personal Training and the Functional Fitness section in the Human Kinetics Textbook. Brian is passionate about spreading the word on the benefits of physical activity for health, performance, and injury prevention. However, more importantly, Brian is a die-hard Avenger’s fan and loves to incorporate Marvel power moves into his training (ie Hulk Smash)!
