In-Season Training
In season training will involve 1-3 resistance training sessions a week in addition to your regular in-season training and competitions. During this time, 4D trainers will focus on maintenance as well as injury prevention to keep you performing at your best

Off Season Training
This season of training involves a recovery phase, an improvement phase (which targets specific training goals), and a preparation phase just prior to the competitive season. The number of days a week will depend on the phase and your performance goals, but ultimately, this will be the season where our trainers work to increase your performance levels for the upcoming season
