Owner, RMT, Head Trainer

Braden Wilkins


With his education background, Braden carries a load of knowledge which he has used in his experiences in coaching and training lacrosse and hockey teams, being the liaison for the France rugby 7's team, teaching physically disabled students in Antigua, and helping with the the 2010 Olympics, and the FIFA world cup. Even with the above credentials, it doesn't stop there for Braden. Braden continues to pursue additional certificates in order to expand his understanding of the complex human body to assist his clients as much as he can. On the side of his ongoing student and work life, Braden also plays soccer and lacrosse which he has previously played at high levels in, in addition to other sports. So, sport has been and always will be a big part of his life!

Brian Justin


As a full time Kinesiology Instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the facility. Besides teaching students and training clients, he currently authors manuals and articles. He has contributed to the Human Kinetics Publisher’s book, Foundations of Professional Personal Training and the Functional Fitness section in the Human Kinetics Textbook. Brian is passionate about spreading the word on the benefits of physical activity for health, performance, and injury prevention. However, more importantly, Brian is a die-hard Avenger’s fan and loves to incorporate Marvel power moves into his training (ie Hulk Smash)!


Brian's credentials include:

  • Masters and Bachelor degrees from UBC concentrating in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, injury management, and exercise testing and prescription.

Ayesha Koome


Ayesha Koome is one of the Athletic Therapists at 4D. Ayesha moved back to Vancouver after completing her schooling on Vancouver Island, since returning she has worked with many high performance athletes, teams and organizations. These teams and organizations include (but are not limited to): Langara College, Field Hockey Canada, Delta Hockey Academy, BC Soccer Premier League and the 2018 U17 Soccer National Championship. Ayesha specializes in return to sport, where she uses manual therapy, exercise and other modalities to help her patients reach their goals. Ayesha also works in the realm of exercise oncology where she specializes in working with anyone with a current or previous cancer diagnoses and helps them manage the side effects of cancer and its treatments.

Alex Reid


Alex is a recent graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley earning her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. She is currently working as a kinesiologist at Legend Physiotherapy and Wellness in Abbotsford primarily working with ICBC and WCB clients in the clinic, she does however work with athletes in her other job. Alex has been working as a trainer for the last 5 years for the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds where she works in assessing and managing athletic injuries as well as general first aid.

Her favourite part about being a kinesiologist is helping others achieve their fitness goals, stay active and recover from injuries. Alex has played high level soccer in the past and continues to play now as well as enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, and hiking . She loves to be doing anything outdoors with her two yellow labs Nashville and Buster.

Alex will be running some of our fit 4 All classes as well as starting with some clients for rehab and training.
