At 4D, our biggest goal is to help you achieve yours. Whether it is to run a marathon, or run at the playground with your children, our team is fully equipped and ready to get you there. If you and a partner have similar goals and would rather train together, we offer that as well! Small group training is for groups of up to 3.

Group Drop-In Classes
Our group classes are for the fitness rookies right up to the fitness junkies! Our trainers ensure that every exercise that is part of the session can be modified to your needs and physical capabilities... but be ready to sweat!

Group Registered Programs
Our registered programs are for those looking for a consistent class that concentrates on progressing through the program's length. The classes will have specific goals that will be met at the end of each program

Braden Wilkins

Being part of the fitness world since he was young (due to competitive sport involvement), Braden has gained a lot of hands on experience as the trainer and the trainee. With this, Braden not only understands the importance of fitness, but can see through the client's point of view that there are always barriers to achieving fitness goals. Helping overcome these barriers is what he is here for! Braden is extremely personable and will keep your training sessions exciting. This trainer has tons of experience with many different populations and fitness abilities, so he's ready for anything!
