This is our original adult drop in class. These classes are meant to challenge every fitness level.
Monday 5pm- 6pm & 6pm-7pm

Dance 4 the Fit of it
This class incorporates not only easy-to-learn choreography, but also small weights and other fitness equipment, with the goals of having fun and learning effective exercises at the same time.
Speed Stretch and Mobility
The purpose of this class is to restore the mobility your joints may have lost from poor posture or overuse. Mobility exercises will be used to warm up the body, then low impact speed training will be incorporated (spin etc). This will be ended off with a nice, long stretch to get you ready for the week to come!
